Project Managers

The Project Manager works closely with all of the members of the project team to ensure quality, on time deliverables. The Project Manager ensures that the project is adequately staffed, assesses results and provides feedback to team members, communicates progress to the client, minimizes changes that will adversely affect project deliverables. The Project Manager assists in analyzing the need and associated impact of changes during the course of the project.

Business Analysts

In the requirement phase, Business Analyst work closely with the client's subject matter experts to define, document and prioritized the system requirement. System Architects

During design and construction phases, System architects define common modules, design component interaction and oversee actual construction, ensuring the system conforms to designing and reflects continuity through out. A critical function of the system Architect is to minimize code by making sure engineers take advantage of reusable code. Considering team leader the system Architect is responsible for day-to-day interaction with the system engineers, providing direction, instruction and reviewing complete code.

System Engineers

System engineers are primarily responsible for the actual construction of the system. That mainly includes designing, coding and testing all system components, while ensuring smooth integration with the rest of the system.
